The rules

  1. Everyone plays off scratch No shots for anyone. Same handicap, same card.
  2. Two points for a par Three for a birdie, four for an eagle, one for a bogey, nothing worse. Pick up when you can't score. That's the X button.
  3. Most points wins the individual Level scores go to countback, back nine first.
  4. Pav & JP v Will & Jamie Everyone plays their own ball. On each hole the team with the better best ball wins the hole; same score halves it. Most holes won takes the match. All 18 count.
  5. Fewest strokes wins the stroke play Every shot counts. A pick-up counts as double par, and so does anything worse, so picking up never beats holing out. Level totals go to countback.
